Ron Heckmann
Ron has been helping people communicate with and influence their constituents for more than 25 years. His image programs and campaigns are driven by a belief that every company has an interesting story and a competitive differentiation — they just need help defining it, making it compelling and infusing it into the marketplace. He has built and enhanced image programs for start-ups, mid-sized firms and Fortune 500 companies in financial services, real estate, biotech and professional services, winning local and national awards. Ron started his career as a journalist for a Texas newspaper named best in the state, ran regional communications for AT&T/Southwestern Bell, and later led innovative client programs at Northern California p.r. shops. Prior to founding his own firm, he was a Managing Director for West Coast clients at Morgen-Walke/Financial Dynamics, a London and New York investor relations and financial media firm. A graduate of the University of Texas in Journalism and Public Relations, Ron’s pro-bono work includes co-chairing the Communications Committee of the Urban Land Institute-San Francisco and serving on the board of the Real Estate Committee for the City of Hope Spirit of Life Award in the spring and its Bike to Hope ride in the fall.
